PGC1 Trackiversary 5000m Night

PGC1-Coaching are delighted to be celebrating 5 years of track sessions at the Daventry Track! Over the last 4 years we have had over 240 sessions at the track with our record attendance at one night being 64 at the start of 2026! Over this period we have enjoyed seeing an incredibly diverse group of athletes come together and all train towards one common goal, being the best version of themselves and pushing themselves as far as they can! The PGC1 Trackiversary 5000m Night will be an embodiment of that process over the last 5 years. We will be running graded heats over 12.5 laps with various pacemakers to help athletes achieve their best times. Graded heats will mean we group together athletes of similar times to help keep the race fun and competitive. This will not be an 'official' Power of Ten licensed time but you will be able to call it an official PB as we will run the race under correct race conditions. Entry for PGC1-Coaching athletes is £4.50 and for Non Coached athletes is £8.50 including Booking Fees. This event is open to anyone and everyone and we hope to use this night to help athletes from across the local area run their best 5km time possible! Alongside the race we will also have food available on the night for you and we will bring lots of great vibes and support to celebrate this incredible achievement for PGC1!
