WEDNESDAY NIGHT PGC1-COACHING INTERVALS SESSION

On Wednesday evenings PGC1-Coaching offer an interval based training session in Battersea Park, London and Daventry, Northamptonshire. The sessions are group-based intervals workouts where our athletes train together to help get the most out of their training. We vary the sessions each week and also have a technical component to the start as part of our warm-up routine.

  • These sessions are for all ability levels; as long as you have a drive and passion for improving your running, everyone is welcome! â€‹

  • The session starts at 6:30pm and runs until 7:30pm; we ask that runners do a light jog warm-up before coming to the session. â€‹

  • Our London Running Sessions are currently completely Free of Charge!

  • The Daventry Track Sessions are £2.5 for PGC1-Coaching plan holders and £5 for runners who are not on a PGC1-Plan. â€‹

  • The Daventry sessions take place weekly unless stated otherwise and are run by PGC1's Running Coaches Joshua Schofield, Jack Foot, Jack Bond and Molly Butterworth.

  • Our London Sessions are led by Head of London Run Coaching Ricky Harvie.
